Description
Timpanogos Legal Center offers a free clinic every week for people dealing with divorces, custody battles, or other family law related issues. Clients have the opportunity to speak with an attorney about their case. The attorney will offer legal advice and provide information regarding the next steps in the situation. The concept behind the clinic is to provide a “one stop show” where clients can access services and information from several agencies, such as Community Action, the Division of Child and Family Services, Victim Advocates, the Department of Workforce Services, Centro Hispano, Housing, and Timpanogos Legal Center. You can attend the clinic in person or online. Online: TLC offers virtual clinic appointments. You can meet with an attorney on Zoom or over the phone. Email TLCinfo@timplegal.org to schedule an appointment. In-Person: TLC offers a free in-person weekly clinic. No appointment is necessary. Clients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Immigration law attorneys are available the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Due to COVID, if you bring your children, you may experience longer wait times as the FJC staff works to accommodate your party. If you are unvaccinated, TLC asks that you wear a mask.
